- Don't share screen name, user ID or password with friends.
- Look at a website's Privacy Policy to see how the site uses the information they collect.
- If a site makes you uncomfortable or asks for more information than you want to share, leave the site.
Parents, please talk with your children about Surfing the Internet. Let your children know that it is important to be cautions about giving out personal information. Keep checking Internet activity. Remember that websites must get parent's permission to collect data from children under the age of 13.
